Dr. Rodriguez leads all corporate Human Resources functions, including organizational development, M&A integration, executive development, human resources strategy, change leadership, and performance management. A GSF associate for eight years, Rodriguez also serves on the Compensation and Structure Committee of GSF’s Board of Directors and leads the Global Communications Function. Ed is passionate about transforming human resources from a traditional, transactional function to a strategic business partner that supports the broader organizational vision.
