China’s second GSF Fresh! facility will break ground in late November 2019 and will supply about 1,000 tons of fresh-cut produce per year to McDonald’s starting in late 2020. Located about 60 miles from GSF’s existing Xiantao facility, the new plant in the city of Wuhan’s Dongxihu District will support McDonald’s growth throughout central and northwest China.

At more than 21,000 square feet, the new Wuhan facility will feature best-in-class plant design and a food assembly area for future customer requirements involving a combination of protein, produce and sauce products. Over the next two years, GSF Fresh! will welcome 30-50 associates to staff its newest location and support customer success in this high-growth region.
