Over the past two decades, Jennifer Morgan has made a lasting impact at GSF through her dedication, expertise, and passion for delivering excellence to McDonald’s customers across the Southeastern U.S. Her journey reflects a deep understanding of both the products GSF creates and the partnerships that drive its success.
“Working for GSF for 20 years has been quite a journey in getting to know the people at our facilities and at McDonald’s,” shares Jennifer. “Even though McDonald’s has been my only customer, I’ve been able to establish hundreds of wonderful relationships within McDonald’s headquarters and out in the field with operators, general managers, staff, distribution centers, and Ronald McDonald Houses.”
Jennifer’s current role as McDonald’s Business Unit Field Service Manager has kept her close to the heart of GSF’s customer priorities. She proudly acts as a brand ambassador for GSF’s beef patties and sauces, providing hands-on support to restaurant operators on proper procedures, product handling, and troubleshooting.
“I’ve presented to thousands of general managers at summits, meetings, and even at Coca-Cola headquarters, sharing who GSF is and training on our products to achieve ‘Gold Standard Quality’ every time a burger is served,” she explains.
Her first job out of college was at McDonald’s headquarters, where she was part of what is now the Culinary Development team. Inspired by McDonald’s chefs, Jennifer also earned a Culinary Arts degree to complement her nutrition and food science education, knowledge and skills that have proven vital to her success.
Before joining GSF, Jennifer gained valuable experience in raw steak and beef processing, as well as in the spice and ingredient industries.
“My education gave me the ability to know great food, and my love for cooking and helping others has helped me build the relationships needed in this role,” said Jennifer.
Jennifer credits GSF for supporting her growth and flexibility through industry changes, as well as fostering her passion for giving back.
“Over the years, I’ve enjoyed leading a GSF Foundation committee and volunteering, even involving my children at a young age,” said Jennifer. “That instilled a volunteer mentality in them that continues today.”
As she celebrates this two-decade milestone, Jennifer looks ahead with gratitude and optimism.
“Getting to 20 years is an accomplishment because you never know what life brings and where you will end up,” said Jennifer. “But I’m glad to have ended up at GSF and enjoy the fun and engaging experience of supporting our longest-running customer.”
