Before joining GSF, Bill gained valuable experience in IT at Dell Software and the Irvine Company. Bill earned his bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Based in Conyers, Georgia, Guillermo joined GSF in February 2025 to lead the centralized supply chain, network optimization, warehouse, demand planning, sales and operations planning, materials purchasing, and customer service functions across the manufacturing network. He drives operational effectiveness by establishing and optimizing best-in-class supply chain and materials management through collaborative efforts with manufacturing, sales, product development, commercialization, procurement, distribution, and logistics.

“Guillermo brings a wealth of industry knowledge and progressive supply chain experience to GSF,” said Justin Vannoy, GSF Corporate Senior Vice President and President, Liquid Products North America. “His expertise and leadership will accelerate our ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness for the business and, more importantly, our iconic customers.”
