GSF Appoints Key Operations Leaders for KanPak U.S. Facilities

Golden State Foods recently appointed two key operations leaders for its dairy and beverage business, KanPak U.S. Ryan Mitchell earned a promotion to Group Vice President, Operations for KanPak in Penn Yan, New York, while Paul Chapman joins the organization as Group Vice President, Operations for KanPak in Arkansas City, Kansas.
In their new roles, Ryan and Paul will spearhead operational strategy and execution across their respective facilities, driving performance in quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

A GSF associate since 2010, Ryan most recently served as Senior Director of Operations at KanPak New York. During his tenure, he successfully launched new customer product lines and reintroduced yogurt production at the facility. He holds multiple certifications in process control, hazard analysis, and food safety.
Paul brings over 30 years of leadership experience spanning co-manufacturing, private label, retail, and foodservice sectors. He has a proven track record in managing end-to-end operations, from sourcing and production to distribution. Prior to joining GSF, Paul led operations and supply chain as Vice President at Baxters North America. He holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.
