Over his 30-year career at Golden State Foods in Conyers, Georgia, David Boateng has grown personally, overcome challenges, and embraced a deep sense of purpose. He began as a Machine Operator and now serves as Liquid Products Operations Manager, embodying the company’s strong values and culture throughout his journey.

When David joined GSF, he had no idea his career would span three decades. Starting as a Machine Operator, he quickly adopted the company’s culture of hard work, collaboration, and growth.
Over the years, his food manufacturing career blossomed, and in his current role as Liquid Products Operations Manager, David describes his days as dynamic. Each day offers new chances to make a meaningful impact on both the team and the business, which supplies sauces, syrups, toppings, and condiments to leading restaurant brands.
“Whether it’s problem-solving, managing operations, or supporting our team, every day presents new opportunities to contribute and make a difference,” he said.
