Logistics
Established in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services Inc. (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last-mile distribution company specializing in tailored solutions for selected food service Industry customers. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States. Providing over 17,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 35 million miles driven per year. QCD associates also help run a national non-profit, the GSF Foundation.
Liquid Products
GSF provides an Innovative array of quality-rich, liquid products to a variety of leading food service and retail customers worldwide. GSF has been creating and processing liquid products (sauces, dressings, condiments, syrups, and dessert toppings) since the early 1970s, consistently meeting rigorous standards for delivering liquid products to the domestic and international markets for nearly 5O years. GSF produces more than a billion pounds of liquid products each year from seven international facilities.
Dairy & Beverages
KanPak LLC produces tens of millions of gallons of dairy products each year. The Wichita, Kansas-based company pioneered revolutionary aseptic packaging and processing technology to produce popular beverages and desserts for iconic customers worldwide. From smoothies, iced coffee, coffee creamers, and tea to specialty beverages, soft-serve ice cream, desserts and extended shelf-life breakfast drinks and protein shakes, KanPak's extensive product line retails at various convenience stores, super stores, Quick Service Restaurants, and grocery stores.
Protein Products
As GSF's original business, the Protein Products division has produced an array of meat products for more than 75 years, including McDonald's beef patties since the late 1950s. Today, GSF supplies billions of hamburger patties and other beef products to its customers annually, while excelling in quality, food safety, assured supply, Innovative R&O, and exceptional customer responsiveness. The Opelika, Alabama meat plant can produce hundreds of thousands of hamburger patties hourly, equating to hundreds of millions of pounds annually.
Condiments & Flavoring
Based in Wellington, New Zealand, Groenz makes and distributes hundreds of thousands of cases of liquid products annually through food service channels serving hotels, restaurants, and cafes. In addition to its high-quality brands, Frenchmaid, In-House Systems, and Kiwi Style, Groenz offers multi-packaging capabilities and provides shelf-stable products in several packaging formats and sizes to support customers' food preparation needs.
Produce Products
Golden State Foods' Produce Products business group services foodservice industry customers throughout Asia Pacific, processing tens of millions of pounds of fresh produce and supplying an array of products like lettuce, tomatoes, and other vegetables to hundreds of restaurants throughout China and the Pacific Rim. Supporting a variety of industry-leading brands in partnership with Taylor Fresh Foods, Inc., GSF Fresh! operates plants in Auckland, New Zealand; Sydney, Australia: and Guangzhou and Wuhan, China.

Headquartered in Conyers, Georgia, and established in 2004, Strategic Sourcing Alliance (SSA) assures supply and negotiates predictable pricing of food ingredients in the U.S. for quick service restaurant (QSR) customers and foodservice suppliers. Each year, the company procures millions of pounds of ingredients like gum, sugar, and other sweeteners for the QSR food manufacturing supply chain.
Cleaning Solutions
Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Q Performance LLC (formerly Gateway Chemical LLC) supplies high-quality cleaning solutions at a fair value to leading food service companies throughout North America. Supporting food production, warehousing, distribution, and quick service restaurants, the company designs and distributes products that extend equipment life and enhance brand trust. Q Performance provides a comprehensive product line-up that expertly handles the toughest, dirtiest messes with hyper-concentrated formulations.
Equipment
Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, Centralized Leasing Corporation (CLC) centrally procures equipment for Golden State Foods' worldwide operations. Leveraging its economies of scale to efficiently support food-service distribution and manufacturing facility operations around the globe, CLC annually purchases hundreds of items, such as tractors, trailers, forklifts, trucks, refrigeration units, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, and more.
Logistics
Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri and established in 2000 in partnership with the Arthur Wells Group (now Flying Hand), Centralized Freight Management (CFM Logistics) helps customers more efficiently manage their transportation and shipping needs through a network of independent carriers. Offering as-needed services as a cost-effective alternative to self-distribution and in-house freight management, CFM alleviates the need for grocery companies, food manufacturers, and mass merchandisers to store and ship products, saving them time and money, while improving their overall service.

The associate-run, associate-funded non-profit GSF Foundation was established In 2002 to improve the lives of children and families in need. A natural extension of Golden State Foods' values-based business. The Foundation assists those in the areas where GSF associates live and work through personal involvement and contributions. Building upon the existing charitable involvement of its associates, the GSF Foundation partners with hundreds of associate-nominated local charities to benefit worthy organizations and the individuals they serve throughout the United States. Since its inception, the Foundation has raised more than $60 million to help those in need.
